A day of mists

The weather forecast for today was pretty awesome with 32oC and 40kph winds in the forecast.  It was thus a surprise, when we went on our dog walk (about 7:30) that it was calm, 15oC and foggy.

The Autumn feel was emphasised by leaves falling off the willows on to the Creek crossing.  I fear that its drought stress rather than reacting to the season.
The sun was just breaking through went we got up to the road..
The fog was condensing onto the spiders webs, both on the vegetation ....
 ...  and wire fences.
By the time we got home the view down on to the Whiskers Fault was quite attractive.
Looking across the Molonglo Valley  towards Balcombe Hill was positively picturesque!
